Unopened: Keep frozen for 5–6 months. Please refer to the expiry date shown on the packaging.
After opening: We recommend reheating and finishing the remaining soup within 1 month.

Our products contain no added preservatives, so repeated thawing and reheating is not recommended as it may affect the quality.

Meal Set Ingredients:
Keep frozen for up to 2 months.
Once opened, we recommend consuming everything at once.

Please place the products in the freezer as soon as you receive them. Do not keep them chilled only.

1. Soak the soup pack in water to thaw, or let it soften slightly before cutting it open and pouring it into a pot.
2. A small amount of ice is fine. You can heat the soup directly.
3. Once the soup base is fully melted, add your preferred meat, vegetables or hotpot ingredients and cook thoroughly.

If you purchased noodles from us, we recommend cooking them separately in water first before adding them to the soup base for a better texture.

No. We only use a small amount of MSG to enhance the flavour. Most of the savoury taste comes from fresh ingredients that are simmered for a long time.

Generally, no. The soup base is already prepared at the recommended ratio and can be enjoyed directly. If it becomes too concentrated after cooking for a long time, you may add a small amount of water according to your preference.

Our Tomyam is made to suit a wide range of tastes, with a balanced combination of sour, sweet and spicy flavours.

It is slow-simmered with more than ten natural ingredients and sauces, creating a rich and layered flavour that is different from ordinary Tomyam paste.

If you prefer something non-spicy, our Herbal Pork Bone Soup is also available.

To help keep the products fresh during delivery, we use double-layer cold protection with a Foam Box and insulated bag, together with frozen delivery.

This helps keep the soup packs at a low temperature during transportation. Please place the products in the freezer as soon as you receive them.

Our fried fish is boneless and made entirely with fish meat, making it suitable for both adults and children.

We use 金风鱼, prepared to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It can be enjoyed on its own, reheated by frying, or added directly into Tomyam soup.

Each set combines a soup pack, noodles and selected ingredients into one convenient meal, so you can simply receive it, cook it and enjoy it without having to prepare everything separately.

As for delivery, frozen products require a different shipping method from normal parcels. We use temperature-controlled frozen delivery and try to arrange faster delivery whenever possible. Under normal conditions and without delays, orders will usually arrive the following day. 📦❄️

Because of these special delivery requirements, the overall shipping cost is naturally higher than standard parcel delivery.
